The family member creates an account, sets up the elder's profile, and sends them a simple activation link. Your grandparent opens the link, the app installs, and Abuelito says hello. The whole process takes under 5 minutes and is done entirely by the family — the elder doesn't have to do anything.
Yes. The family member who sets up the account becomes the Admin and can invite others via a link or QR code. Each person gets their own login. Admins can manage reminders and receive alerts. Members can chat, send voice messages, and view activity.
Yes. You can create separate profiles for each grandparent, each with their own reminders, family members, and reports. A family member can be linked to multiple elders at the same time.
Not at all. Abuelito is designed specifically for elders who are not comfortable with technology. The interface is minimal, the text is large, and the main interaction is just pressing a button and talking. Family members handle all configuration from their own app.
Yes. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted. Family data is only accessible to authorized family members you invite. We do not sell or share your data.

There is one simple monthly plan per elder — no tiers, no hidden fees. Your subscription comes with a fixed amount of AI credits that cover voice conversations, reminders, and notifications for the month. Credits reset every billing period. If you need more, you can top up at any time and those extra credits carry over indefinitely. You can cancel at any time — your grandparent keeps access until the end of the paid period.
